Buying a membership? After Stripe confirms payment, finish the verification steps in the XAU Mobile Discord, then sign in with that email. Membership payments do not activate automatically. This is different from buying an individual Cloud Game.

Does XAU support every console game?

No. Support varies by title, achievement system, platform, and available data. Check the game’s badges and guidance in the app. Event-based titles use an event token that XAU Mobile creates and refreshes for you. Game spoofing still needs an XAUTH token copied from XAU PC with the same Xbox account.

Are all Cloud Games included with Premium?

No. With active Premium, you can claim one game labeled PREMIUM at a time for 30 days. Ultimate members can hold two claimed games at a time, claiming a new one every 14 days, and only one of the two can be an Ultimate title. Ultimate Early Access titles are Ultimate-only for their first 90 days, then become PREMIUM; Ultimate Only titles stay Ultimate. Other titles require a separate purchase or game grant.

Which email should I use when buying a game?

Tap Buy on the game in Cloud Games: checkout opens with your XAU Mobile sign-in email filled in. Keep that email—purchases are matched to it. If access is missing after payment has been processed, refresh Cloud Games and contact support with your receipt.

What about event-based stats?

Event-based stats require Premium. For a stat belonging to a Cloud Game, you also need an email grant for that title or verified game completion. Support varies by game and stat.
