Does XAU support every console game?
No. Support varies by title, achievement system, platform, and available data. Check the game’s badges and guidance in the app. Some event-based titles require a token copied from the XAU PC workflow using the same Xbox account.
Are all Cloud Games included with Premium?
No. With active Premium, you can claim one eligible game labeled FREE at a time for 30 days. Ultimate Early Access titles are Ultimate-only for their first 90 days, then become FREE for Premium. Other titles require a separate purchase or game grant.
Which email should I use when buying a game?
Use the exact email address you use to sign in to XAU Mobile. Game purchases are matched to that account. If access is missing after payment has been processed, refresh Cloud Games and contact support with your receipt.
What about event-based stats?
Event-based stats require Premium. For a stat belonging to a Cloud Game, you also need an email grant for that title or verified game completion. Support varies by game and stat.
